In the principle of people oriented, Wang Shi tries its best efforts to give employee comfortable work and cultural environment, providing following compensation&benefits:
1, Good incentive mechanism such as mature salary system, year-end bonus, award for creation and reasonable suggestion. And salary is arranged timely.
2, Staff enjoy legal holiday. On each weekend and every holiday The Group will arrange cars sending staff to downtown, and buy group ticket for staff Spring Festival travel.
3, Wang Shi provides “five insurances&one pension plan” required my law, also purchase other additional insurance policies for some members.
4, Wang Shi provide free food and accommodation. All the room are installed air condition and supply warm water. And for senior personnel and administrative staffs there are suite with three rooms, one hall and two washing rooms supplied.
5, Regular and unscheduled training outside or in The Group.
6, Cultural Life
(1) There are fully equipped basketball court, table tennis room, snooker room and badminton court, what’s more, Wang Shi also has its basketball team. There are TVs in the dining room.
